Return Policy

Our management ideal at Pac Worldwide Corp. is to generate total customer satisfaction, both in our products and in the delivery process, for these reasons we always look for the best solution.

Product changes or returns may be made for the reasons and within the periods indicated below:

Legal guarantee

Changes or returns due to failures or damages: changes or returns may be made in the event that the products present failures or defects not attributable to the customer, this guarantee applies up to forty-eight (48) hours after the product is delivered.

Returned goods

1. Product in poor condition. Complaints or requests for changes are received before forty-eight (48) hours after the product is delivered.

2. Expired Products. Complaints or requests for changes are received before forty-eight (48) hours after the product is delivered.

If the cause of the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Pac Worldwide Corp. will bear the costs of the return and new shipment.

Policy for money returns

It only applies to warranty cases and withdrawal law. Returns in money are made through bank transfer and will be made approximately within ten (10) business days after receiving the items and having verified the reasons for returning the merchandise.
